Adopt a Creek

Our Troop adopted a creek in our home town. It is part of the Sugar Creek in this area. It runs through the greenway.

We went to clean it up on June 15. The Cub Scout Pack joined us to help clean. It took us awhile to get to it. We got lost walking down in the woods. The creek was down in a ditch. It was hard to get down to it. There wasn't a lot of garbage to clean up. There was a lot of trash going to the creek. We fill a bunch of trash bags. We took the bags to the local recycling center and garbage collection center.
