The Loch Badden Monster

The Search for the Loch Baden Monster was a huge hit. Troop 130 really showed up and participated. We had a lone scout stay with us from another troop. I think we made him feel like he was one of us...one of us....one of us. We had three scouts participate in the polar plunge this year. It wasn't as cold as last year, but I still wouldn't have done it. We also participated and one the cooking contest. In addition, we found one of the prized during the hunt. The highlight of the event was practicing our severe weather training when the tornado warning went off on Saturday afternoon. If it hadn't spent so much time raining this weekend, it would have been perfect.
